Steven Yecies

Mr. Yecies has extensive experience in developing innovative care delivery models that expand patient access to advanced care beyond the traditional hospital setting while greatly reducing healthcare costs. At ELMNT IR, he leads the company's business growth as the organization scales from its initial two sites. His experience spans investing, operating, and company building for several leading healthcare services and technology companies. He holds an MBA from Harvard University, a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, and an AB from Dartmouth College.
Jonathan Steinberger, MD
Co-Founder, Interventional Radiologist
Dr. Steinberger is helping redefine how interventional radiology is delivered—bringing highly specialized, minimally invasive care into a more accessible outpatient setting. He works closely with physicians to ensure continuity of care while expanding access to advanced treatment options. Dr. Steinberger is a board-certified interventional radiologist who earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he also completed his residency in diagnostic radiology, followed by fellowship training in vascular and interventional radiology at UCLA.
Gabriel Lipshutz, MD
Co-Founder, Interventional Radiologist
Dr. Lipshutz is committed to advancing a more modern standard of care—one that prioritizes precision, efficiency, and patient experience. His work emphasizes delivering high-quality outcomes while reducing the physical and logistical burden of care. Dr. Lipshutz is a board-certified interventional radiologist who earned his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco and completed his residency in radiology at Oregon Health & Science University and the Dotter Institute, followed by fellowship training in interventional radiology at UCLA.
Jackie Ruffing, MHA
Vice President of Operations
Ms. Ruffing brings deep knowledge of Southern California's outpatient care landscape, shaped by extensive experience working with ambulatory surgery centers and specialty clinics. At ELMNT IR she is responsible for daily operations and providing exceptional patient and referring MD experiences. She holds a Master of Health Administration from West Coast University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis.

Recent imaging
CT, MRI, ultrasound, or other relevant studies with reports
Clinical notes
Pertinent history, current medications, allergies, and prior procedures
Relevant labs
Recent CBC, metabolic panel, coagulation studies, or other applicable results
