ELMNT IR today announced that Jackie Ruffing has joined the company as Vice President of Operations, strengthening the organization’s leadership team as it expands access to advanced interventional radiology services in the community setting.
Ruffing brings deep knowledge of Southern California’s outpatient care landscape, shaped by extensive experience working with ambulatory surgery centers and specialty clinics. In her new role, she will focus on building regional partnerships, supporting referring physicians, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients as ELMNT IR grows beyond its initial clinical site.
“ELMNT IR represents a meaningful shift in how minimally invasive care is delivered—closer to patients, more accessible for physicians, and better aligned with how care should work,” said Jackie Ruffing, Vice President of Operations at ELMNT IR. “I’m excited to help build the operational foundation and partnerships needed to scale that vision across Southern California and nationwide.”
Ruffing’s appointment reflects ELMNT IR’s commitment to combining clinical excellence with operational rigor as it develops a new model for delivering interventional radiology outside of the traditional hospital setting.
“Jackie understands this market at a very practical level—how outpatient care actually gets delivered, where the friction points are, and what it takes to build strong, lasting relationships with physicians,” said Steven Yecies, Executive Chair of ELMNT IR. “As we look to expand our footprint and capabilities, her leadership will be critical in ensuring we scale thoughtfully while staying true to the experience we want to deliver.”
Ruffing holds a Master of Health Administration from West Coast University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis.
